Devils Rebrand after return back to ECBL for 2025

November 9th Charlotte NC - The league announced the approval of the rebranding of the Bishopville Devils to the Queen City Vipers. The Devils were awarded a new franchise in Charlotte NC at the leagues meeting in September after playing the 2021 and 2022 season in the league in Bishopville SC. The owners Hykeem and Kennetrice Richardson relocated to the Charlotte NC area after the 2023 season and after not being in the league for the 2024 season will now be named the Queen City Vipers and will play their home games at Mountain Island Fitness where owner Marc Anderson has provided a quality venue for numerous teams and ECBL events over the last 5 seasons. This season the league will also be using Mountain Island Fitness for multiple double headers during the season so make sure to check out the league schedule in early December when it's released to see who all from the ECBL you can check out
