PrimeTime Players stay hot with 130-100 Win Over Winston

May 17th Rock Hill SC - The PrimeTime Players hosted the Winston Salem Wolves in a matchup of 2025 Division Champions as both teams have clinched playoff spots and also Division Titles heading into the final two weeks of the season. The game started off slow for both teams but Winston Guard Jahlil Rawley had 9 quick points as the visiting Wolves took a early 8 point lead before back to back three pointers by Matt Powell and then a Power Dunkl by Jeremy Evans swayed the momentum and PrimeTime took a 25-19 lead going into the 2nd quarter. The second quarter was all returning Zeb Graham, just home from a MVP season in Georgia with Griffinkaspi scoring 15 of PrimeTimes 28 points in the quarter as the home team went into the half up 53-35. The third period the Wolves outscored PrimeTime 34-29 with Forward NiQuan Cousins scoring 19 in the quarter as they cut the lead down to 8 at one point, before Matt Powell closed the quarter out scoring 10 of PrimeTimes final 14 points to give them a 82-69 lead into the 4th. The final quarter Jeremy Evans scored 19 of his team high 38 points, and Isiah Cureton also had a big quarter scoring 11 of his 20 as PrimeTime pulled away for a 130-110 win over Winston. NiQuan Cousins led Winston in scoring finishing with 36 points and Jahlil Rawley finished with 20. PrimeTime finished with 4 players in double figures with Jeremy Evans leading the way with 38, Zeb Graham 31, Isiah Cureton 20, and Matt Powell with 18.
