With over 15 years of coaching experience—from Forest Park to SJ/Unity, Annandale, Colonial Forge, and Unity Reed—Coach Carroll has built a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and excellence. He’s not just a coach—he’s a builder of culture and a believer in the power of youth.

Coach Carroll shared:
