August 26th Fort Mill SC - The East Coast Basketball League announced the addition of the Charlotte Blue Jackets for the 2026 season. Ryan Stoneman, a proud Greensboro, NC native, is bringing his relentless drive and winning mindset to the hardwood as the owner of the Charlotte Blue Jackets as a new expansion team for the East Coast Basketball League. A graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Business and Finance, Ryan has built a thriving career in Charlotte’s competitive real estate market—known for his hustle, vision, and ability to close big deals.  Ryan will now be channeling that same passion into building a championship caliber minor league basketball franchise, with a focus on community, player development, and creating an electrifying game day experience. Ryan’s mission for his franchise is simple, “Put the Blue Jackets on the map and give Charlotte a team it can rally behind.”
