September 16th Fort Mill SC - The East Coast Basketball League Announced the addition of the SC Upstate RedHawks to the 2026 League Lineup. The team will be owned by JaQuan Hawthorne who will also be the Head Coach, with the team playing Home Games in both Greenville and Spartanburg SC. The SC Upstate Redhawks Organization originally joined the ECBL in 2016 and played through the 2024 season. The team has plenty of experience and also have played in numerous local leagues and also played in The Basketball Tournament. Jaquan Hawthorne stated he was excited to return to the ECBL and is looking forward to competing week to week with some of the best Minor League Teams in the Country.
