CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 9, 2026) – The East Coast Basketball League (ECBL) will officially bring the curtain down on another successful season this Saturday as the league hosts its annual ECBL All-Star Saturday at Second Ward High School Gymnasium in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The day will feature a full slate of events showcasing many of the league’s top players and personalities, beginning with the Coaches Game, followed by the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Shootout Championship, Coaches Awards Presentation, and concluding with the featured event—the 2026 ECBL All-Star Game, scheduled to tip off at 4:45 p.m.

With the ECBL expanding to a three-conference format this season, the League Management Group selected the regular season coaches of the two conference champions to lead this year’s All-Star teams.

Kyle Dixon earned the honor after guiding the Petersburg Cavaliers to the Northern Conference Regular Season Championship while also finishing with the league’s best overall record and securing the No. 1 seed entering the playoffs.

Joining him on the sidelines is Chris Thomas, whose PrimeTime Players captured their remarkable 11th consecutive conference championship by winning the Central Conference Regular Season Title, continuing one of the most impressive streaks in minor league basketball.

Rather than using a traditional East vs. West format, league officials introduced a draft format, allowing both coaches to select their own All-Star rosters.
