The East Coast Basketball League is pleased to welcome LaTesha Strickland and GVegas Blueprint of Greenville, North Carolina, to the ECBL for the 2027 season.

Strickland brings an extensive background in athletics to team ownership. A respected sports professional and certified official in basketball, football, and volleyball, she has worked at multiple levels of competition throughout her career.

Her basketball officiating résumé includes five state regional assignments, the North Carolina 3A Men’s State Championship, the East-West Girls All-Star Game, and CIAA Women’s Basketball. Her accomplishments have also earned her recognition in Referee Magazine.

As owner of GVegas Blueprint, Strickland’s vision extends beyond putting a competitive basketball team on the floor. She is focused on creating opportunities for athletes, building relationships within the Greenville community, and developing an organization centered around professionalism, community involvement, opportunity, and competitive excellence.

Strickland is joined by General Manager Keith McLawhorn, a longtime basketball coach, trainer, mentor, and player-development professional. McLawhorn is the founder of The Dungeon/Outwork Performance Training and brings more than a decade of experience developing athletes, including players who have advanced to the collegiate and professional levels.

Together, Strickland and McLawhorn bring an experienced leadership team with strong ties to the Greenville basketball community.

The ECBL looks forward to welcoming GVegas Blueprint to the court when the 2027 season tips off in February.
