THE DC HEAT is an American Professional Basketball and Entertainment Organization based in Northern Virginia.

This franchise began in 2023 with four founders all connected by the love of basketball. All from various regions drawn together to achieve the dream of hope and opportunity, player development, and community change. Bill Witter, Eugene Watson, Pierre Noel, and William McLaughlin agreed to make a mark regionally and globally that would not be able to be erased.

This Organization is focused on winning ECBL Championships by cultivating a championship mindset from the top of the organization down. We look to win on and off the court by providing fans with an excellent game day experience while growing the game of basketball and enriching the lives of those in the community.
