Leading the team on the sidelines will be first year ECBL Head Coach Ron Cooper, who brings experience and leadership to the Goldsboro Wings. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Ron Cooper coached boys' and girls' basketball at the youth, high school, and adult levels. Ron won championships on every level, including an AAU National Championship, while helping players grow on and off the court. 

Brandon Kornegay (BK) promoted and will be operating as the Goldsboro Wings General Manager. BK brings a high level of expertise of scouting and recruiting. Born in Goldsboro NC June 1983, Brandon is a native son of Goldsboro, NC. Brandon has coaching experience at local Boys and Girls Club, Goldsboro YMCA. Brandon made his professional coaching debut in 2024 with the Goldsboro Wings. Since then he has been scouting and finding talent to be a part of the Goldsboro Wings. BK knowledgement of the game and being well-known throughout the community is the reason why he accepted the role of GM.
